Disruption of blood flow through the carotid artery,
causing monocular loss of vision.  This is a
medical EMERGENCY. 

Symptoms
Monocular vision loss ranging from 20/40 - Light Perception

Signs
Rubeosis Iridis (Neo of the Iris)
Mid Peripheral Hemorrhages

Causes
Blockage of the cartoid artery


Workup
STAT Carotid Doppler (Check level cartotid artery stenosis).
